Villa Olea is located right in the City center, so i’d give it a 10/10 for location. The accommodation is built inside a monument due to which there is not elevator and you have to take the stairs to reach the place but the staff member Vera was extremely helpful and helped us lift our bags up the stairs. The reception smells amazing, and lifts the mood instantly Vera also checked us in really quickly and when we asked her for recommendations, she guided us extremely well with places to visit, restaurants, hidden gems of the city etc. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Excellent location. Quiet even though in the centre of Split. Room and bathroom very clean. Friendly staff. Efficient air conditioning.

The lady who is cleaning and managing jn the morning has the best customer service ever! She was very helpful to us. Place was clean , a bit loud in night because of the street voice but bearable. Great lovation easy access to everything at all. Our payment was really worth it.

The location was great. Walking distance to the promenade and in the heart of old town. Check in was very comfortable. Vera, the host, had called us beforehand and made sure she was there to welcome us. She even gave us additional supplies like tea from the staff pantry.
