    The place has the best location in the city, with a fantastic view of the canals. the room is very nice and perfectly equipped. The owner BIE is a wonderful person that gave me the best recommendations in the city, I felt really in a second home. the weakest point is the stairs that are very narrow and steps, for people with limited mobility, maybe a problem.

    The owner is incredibly friendly and polite person. Everyone in the hotel were ready to help all the time. And breakfast provided was absolutely tasty (starting from freshly backed croissants and finishing with black caviar) and looked incredibly beautiful!

    Nice family run place right in the centre of Ghent Three stories to climb to our top floor room which although there was great help with luggage was not as advertised

    The room is very cozy and clean and the breakfast superb. The restaurant has a nice terrace with a view of the canal and the food it outstanding. The owner and the whole staff are very nice and caring. It was a nice experience!

    Great location, lovely room with superb views overlooking the canal, complimentary mini bar including a bottle of red wine, wonderful breakfast spread with freshly made eggs to order, everyone was very friendly & helpful.

    The location and staff: the hotel's dual aspect outlook was absolutely stunning, looking out over the river and bridges - but the young staff were the very best part of an already lovely hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, and they are an absolute credit to this wonderful hotel. Add the friendliness and advice from the hist at breakfast.....perfect!
