    La atencion es de primera! Realmente preocupados de dar el mejor servicio y satisfaccion al huesped Fuimos por nuestra luna de miel y nos sorprendieron con arreglos en la habitacion, ademas nuestra estancia coincidio con mi cumpleaños y en el desayuno me saludaron cordialmente, recibi una tarjeta de cumpleaños de Tom, el encargado de servicios y ademas nos dieron unos cupcakes decorados! Muy atentos en cada momento!!

    Absolutely everything else. Location, staff, rooms, rooftop bar & pool. ( great seaview) for 3 blocks back. Well worth the money.

    Mr Nam, one of the hotel staff met us as we arrived. He was incredible. Allowed us to check in early, have our breakfast then instead of the next day (we arrived at 7am), let us use the pool and shower facilities the next day after our snorkel tour even though we had checked out and stored our luggage for us! The breakfast was very impressive and the infinity pool is awesome!

    Location is great. Staff are very friendly. Pool is amazing! Rooms are clean, comfortable & well priced. Food at restaurant is good.

    We were upgraded to the suite upon arrival. Amazing rooftop pool, breakfast had very good variety. Personal greeting form the Vice President of the hotel both mornings. Would recommend!

    This is my third time in the Rosaka and my next Vietnam trip will be the same for sure! Best breakfast, nice rooms : clean and not too small. Helpful staff. My friends who were the first time in Vietnam, were pleased with this island of cleanliness and tranquility in the noise of the city
