    Nicely presented character house in good location which although very close to motorway is quiet. Very friendly and helpful owners onsite. Comfortable room and warm. Nice continental breakfast.

    Beautiful old house with lots of charachter. Very good location for visiting Gent and Expo. You just need a tram number 1 which brings you in the city center. I had a spacious room with very good shower. My bed was also very comfortable with good pillows. Coffee and tee are always available. Rose is the most friendly and helpful host lady. Thank you very much Rose for my wonderful stay!

    Breakfast was really too good. Everything was in it and so cheap only 15 euros. The room was super clean. The bathroom was shared but also very very clean. Very friendly and war welcoming hosts.

    A beautiful home from home. An old house but with modern facilities ie. Fast and stable Internet. A very warm welcome from our host. The House is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a short walk to the tram. Thanks for a great stay we will return

    It's a wonderful place with a huge garden. Our dog was welcome, which we were grateful for - few places around Ghent allow dogs. We were welcomed warmly and served tea and biscuits in the garden, which was so nice after a long day travelling. Breakfast was brilliant and set us up well for our onward journey.

    Old House is good restored and equipped well, quite charming in the current situation. You could not expect a perfect comfort, so is just nice and well done.

    We enjoyed our stay at Rose Cottage. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They gave us advice about the tram system ( only 5 mins walk from the house) and any possible traffic problems for our onward journey to Maastricht. They gave us tea and coffee whenever we wanted, which was really nice. The bed was very comfortable. We wish them all the best and enjoyed our conversations over a beer in the garden.
