    I have arrived after 10pm and called the hotel's landline to have access. Extremely friendly staff were in charge, check in went smoothly. Bed and mattress was high quality. The room was tiny, but had cupboard with mirror and chest of drawers. I have found the room and bathroom extremely clean. The Granville metro station is 6 minutes walk. Parramatta is not the best suburb, but if you have business there, this hotel is a good choice for the nights.

    There bistro had large servings and cheap the beers too and nice and cold the hotel nice and warm rooms nice and clean Shared bathrooms clean .they also have a small area of pokies which offers nibbles and free coffee Free continental breakfast as well

    The bed was extremely comfortable, the black out curtains were the best! Such a nice room that’s cosy and worth the money paid.. the renovated bathrooms are very nice too!
