    Value for money, the lobby staff and reception are so friendly and helpful, made my trip so enjoyable. Would like to commend VY, Hoc, Giang and Dong. They are really friendly and helpful.

    Staff Vy, Nhat and Duy, Linc were very nice and helpful, location was really perfect close to Miu Miu 4 that’s my favorite spa place. And lots of coffe shop and restaurant surroundings super convenient. Room also clean and bath tub was clean too.

    The location is at the heart of the city. Room and lobby are fine: I received an upgrade at check-in (which was nice), however I consider the "upgraded" room as the minimum standard. If you go for the cheapest room you may have surprises.

    Staff excellent. Desk manager Linh Duy Giang very helpful. Occasion is good and rooms are ok for the price.

    I was transferred to the Roseland Corp hotel as they didn’t have a suitably room available for me. That hotel was very clean and comfortable.

    It is always so good experience when you feel you are welcom by the staffs heart. That was my experience by the people in the reception. Vy, Tai, Linh, Giany and Duy they were so helpful and caring. Thank you all so much 😍

    Location. Within walking distance to Takashimaya, Vincon, Ben Tranh Market, War Remnants Museum, Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office!

    Great location, Bitexco tower is just opposite of the hotel. Saigon Center is also 5 minutes walking distance. The staff were very helpful. Shout out to Vy who assisted on the front desk and recommended me a few nice places to eat.
