Everywhere is quiet and peaceful. The rooms also really clean and comfortable. The view for the ocean from the pool is good. Most of the staff is really kind and helpful. The ocean view from the room is great!

The view from the hotel balcony...the beach..the pools are all spectacular. The food was really good too and the presentation and service was everything!!

It’s been a very wonderful stay , very nice people extreme friendly and helpful. We loved the pool area ( the ladies there are always around to serve you )and the fantastic seaview. The kids had a German language tv at night .. we will be back for sure , thank you to everybody there for your kindness

Room was spacious and very comfortable. Best view (too bad didn't have much time to enjoy the balcony). Love, love the bathroom window which allows me to watch TV while I brush my teeth! Best venue for meetings.

location was very good. I did not try breakfast as though it was a reasonable price for a 5 star hotel there are so many options to eat in Pattaya that are much cheaper. I loved the Breezio restaurant to eat as the setting is perfect especially in the evening.

Oh where can I start to describe this heaven on earth. Everything was perfect from breathtaking views when relaxing in fascinating pools to extra friendly staff and managers wandering around guests like guardian angels to make sure everything is okay. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from and food was spot on, I mainly enjoyed how easy it was to get a food delivered to the room through ordering with TV remote. I loved the fact that there was no watch in the room because time almost stopped ticking as soon as I walked in. Pattaya is a beautiful place to visit but for anyone traveling there I absolutely recommend staying in this hotel if you're after ultimate relaxation.

The entire complex is a hotel surfers mecca. The dining options are exceptional, the views, breathtaking, the rooms, meeting all expectations. Extremely friendly staff. The Italian dining option is highly recommended. Take your time. Check out all the options in the complex. Better yet, surf them all and pick your favorite!
