    The hot tub with robe and slippers along with complimentary champagne and snacks are a nice touch.

    Very nice room, great location, high standard of furnishings.. and of course the complimentary wine! Parking was safe and right outside.. and free! An easy 15 minute stroll to the French Quarter action, but Frenchman Street is closer and in our opinion, much better than Bourbon Street. That of course may be to do with our age (40+). Great breakfast too. Thoroughly recommend Royal Street Courtyard.

    Everything, very clean and spacious. Great location 15 min walk to French Qtr. Kit the manager was very helpful with hints and tips of the area.

    I absolutely loved staying here and did not want to leave. Staff were friendly and helpful. Communication prior to my stay was exceptional. The room was beautiful. I highly recommend staying here if visiting New Orleans.

    Awesome property if you’d like a stay in a 1850’s house near the French Quarter, in a quiet part of town but still close enough to walk and explore. Plenty of street parking (we stayed August). Bed comfortable, plenty of toiletries provided if needed, nice surprise to have bottle sparkling & glasses, aircon & fridge in room, we couldn’t get the TV to work, shower took a long time to get hot and didn’t stay hot for long. Breakfast was good, coffee & tea available all day, no hot water for tea, however microwave available to heat water. The management have also taken into consideration drinks To Go and provided plastic drinking cups, in the breakfast lounge area there are tourist maps available.

    Great Location. The hotel is just a few blocks from Frenchmen St. The hotel is charming and the rooms are cozy. The breakfast is good (they always have fresh fruits, some pastry and grits. On weekends they have eggs and hashbrown). They have nice welcome gift (a bottle of champagne and zapps chips). A great lagniappe indeed.

    The mansion was wonderful and historic! It was clean and comfortable! The champagne and chips was a wonderful touch.

    Location was good. It was possible to park at the street. Security system was effective. Towels. Bed sheets and bed cover were clean. to be changed upon request. Breakfast was bad. there was no seating area for breakfast. Air conditioning is noisy and out of date. The property is painted but the floors and furniture require serious maintenance. The size of rooms should be clearly indicated. We could move to a bigger room with a difference of price that (knowing in advance) we may have chosen a hotel.
