Toni was a super host. Greeted us at the car park and helped us to the room. We chatted for an hour providing us info on the surrounding area and the restaurant we were recommended for peka was excellent. The view of the sea view room is unbeatable. Up on the 12/f floor, there are no other buildings with that height surrounding you. Can tell a lot of effort has been put into the decor and everything is new and clean and the layout has been well thought through. Breakfast was at the Royal Suites down the road (1 min away), very homely and a wide selection was provided. We stayed for two nights and regret not staying longer. Location is convenient and within 10 min walk can reach all points of interest. -

Besides the view, the staff was AMAZING. They really are personable, not just some hotel. The included breakfast was small, but adorable and one morning I overslept, they actually re-opened the buffet for me. The cleaning lady never intruded, she will knock first. She asked if we needed anything and if we did, she would focus on that task only. Some days I only wanted the trash emptied, another day I needed new towels and more water (they provide bottled water!), and another day I only needed the bed done. My boyfriend's flight home wasn't until 17 and they let him stay in the room until 14. Obviously, it depends on when the next guests will come to check in, but I thought that was super rad.
