    comfy beds & the modern system they use as well as the perfect location..walking distance to Aman Central & great nearby eating spots..i will definitely come again to this hotel..not to forget their wonderful room service which i used twice during my stay..their food was delicious

    The worst 4 star hotel I have been,should be down grade to 2 star, especially for the reception customer service . They not trained well as hotel staff& customer service. Not recommended.

    check in service poor ,never issued breakfast voucher,shower handle not fixed properly,cleaning ok but lot of ants all night didn't sleep properly,issued used towel ,any how i was not happy with this property.

    Room is spacious. The bed and pillows are comfortable enough. Free wi-fi in hotel room makes internet connection handy. Good water pressure for showers. Staff were friendly. Good spread for breakfast buffet.

    The air-conditioning was functioning well. The FOH staff checked us in efficiently but could brush up on professionalism when dealing with customers (no talking non-shop to colleagues)

    The breakfast was good and delicious, eventhough not that variety as i expected for 4 star hotel, atleast they got the basics. The location is located to nearby restaurant which are highly rated.

    Room was clean and beds were comfy. Room service food was delicious. Friendly front desk. Breakfast spread was alright. Children loved the bathtub. Complimentary drink at lobby for guests was exceptional (no other hotels that we have been offered this service!)
