    The Room was a great size with excellent facilities. Breakfast was good ( but no cornflakes or sustain cereal , or sliced peaches ) which was odd

    Loved everything about our stay. Staff was friendly, catered to all needs, room service was fast. Very good. Bus stop and train stations right outside hotel which was huge help getting around.

    Karen on the reception counter was great to deal with, she was very friendly & went above & beyond in helping us with our requests when checking in & was on the next morning when checking out & asked how we enjoyed our day. She is a credit to your business. The room was as usual very clean & tidy... great location

    View was sensational overlooking the race course and city. Close proximity to alot of restaurants and eateries.

    Breakfast was good, really enjoyed the cooking station where the chef made perfect poached eggs. Coffee made by barista was great too. The bed was super comfy and the view from the room was nice. Easy check-in/out process. The jacuzzi was lovely.

    It was not full stock in minibar and staff did audit and stated we used it but I cleared it we haven’t use it. Bathroom exhaust fan was not working and room comfy chair was very dirty.
