    I stayed here for a long business trip and I absolutely loved it. Ken was very helpful throughout and he was great to chat with. Since he is a foreigner living in Hanoi, he also gave me lots of local tip and even invited me to his basketball game. The place was very clean and for the price you will not get anything better.

    Staff were amazing and friendly and spoke good English. It's very near to the West Lake and quite near to the building where the Chinese visas are done. Room was clean, comfortable and had great air conditioning. Have nothing bad to say about the place.

    Great place to stay in well-designed, comfortable rooms. Although the staff is not always on the spot they have helped me with valuable tips. They even took care of a motorcycle for me and drove me to the rental.

    Ken was so lovely and helpful throughout the whole trip. Room was clean and large and very comfortable. Bathroom was nice and big windows were good too. Location was good for us as we wanted to stay outside the main busy areas, wasn’t too far from cafes and restaurants. Ken also ordered us a taxi to the airport and was great.

    Very nice budget hotel that have luxurious rooms. Very happy to stay here. it was not near to old quarter but I like the peace and local atmosphere rather than staying with in a tourist area. Staff was very helpful to help me rent a motorbike and give advice on transport.
