    The staff spoke good English and were very helpful. I loved that the aircon stayed on when you left your room so you came back to a cold room. The room was a good size, bed was comfy and it was clean. It was close walking distance to restaurants and shops.

    The view was great Staff were very friendly and helpful We stayed on level 7 for 3 nights were perfect The extra night on level 5 was disappointed, fit for a 3 star hotel

    Location is great right on the Boulevard, we were overlooking it. The hotel is very central walking distance to many attractions like the markets and walking street. Room was serviced and cleaned every day.

    We got upgraded to a recently refurbished room that was spacious and clean. The location was close to many restaurants and cafes and short taxi ride to old town. There was so much choice for breakfast and it was great.

    I stay in room 509 while there is a door between 510, while the people in 510 was too noisy, talking shouting laughing like a party and last so long and severely impacted my sleep, I Complained to the hotel it was helpless, I was soooo frustrated!!!
