great location! stylish and clean room. the host was very nice and helpful. the old town and harbour are easily reachable by foot.

Newly refurbished. Very clean and comfortable. The host Rafael was a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful and was there for anything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here. Just a 10/15 min walk to old town and to beach.

The appartements are located excellent. It took us only a few minutes to walk in to the hart of the city. The bathroom was stunning. The rooms were very clean. The staff was very frendly and helped us finding a parking space. Also he did recommended us some very nice places, which unfortunately there was no time for us to check them out. But if we wanted, everything would have been booked through the host. He aussured us that he would be avaiable for us via whatsapp if we would need something.

The parent building is quite old, however, Sailor Boutique Rooms completed a very impressive renovation to create very modern and stylish rooms. Room was clean and fresh. Beds were very comfortable. Modern utilities provided such as USB ports, LEDs, TV, AC etc. Good location approximately 10 minute walk from the port and old town. Approximately 5 minute walk to the closest beach, Bacvice beach. Our host, Rafael, was extremely friendly and helpful and aided us choose which adventures to go on while in Split. Would recommend, very comfortable stay.
