The bungalows are new and very clean, there are a lot of space, everything is wooden. The air conditioner has a silent mode. We adore the hosts! A Vietnamese woman prepares breakfasts - very tasty and rich. She was like a real Vietnamese mom who took care of us! We adore her, her daughter and a young man at the reception, he speaks English well. 10 minutes walk to the sea, but the road is pleasant: green and local houses. -

Thanh, the owner, is a really great guy. He was welcoming and friendly and he made us feel at home the whole time. During the stay he helped us booking tours or renting a motorbike. Not to talk about how much he helped us with the booking of the trip back to Ha Tien (taxi, ferry and bus from ha Tien to Chau Doc). Location is perfect, only 5 to 10 minutes walk from, we think, the best beach on the island (ong lang beach). The homestay is not in the centre of the main town in Phu Quoc (Duong dong) but there are loads of restaurants and bars nearby and it only takes 15 minutes by scooter to get into town for the night Market. Our experience in Phu quoc was lovely also because we stayed at Sam Ong Lang. Definitely suggested!
