    Location, cleanliness, and the rooms are a great size with a lovely pool side balcony. Ubive all, the staff were amazing. So hospitable and friendly. They genuinely treat the guests like friends of the family and for me, this is most important touch. Piya and his team are just wonderful. I'd stay there again just to see and talk to them.

    Em who was working on the reception was really nice and she give us also some advices about the island. Location is good near markets and restaurants.

    Nice receptionist, great value for money, beautiful view of the pool, nice room, air-conditioning worked well. Good location, walking distance to bars / restaurants, across a small road to the beach (if you cut through resorts)

    Owners and Em the receptionist were so friendly they really made us welcome and often gave my boys little snacks. You can always find things to complain about but that only makes your holiday miserable. I highly recommend this place.

    The hotel is very clean and rooms are cleaned everyday. The location is perfect as it was not right in the middle of downtown Lamai, great for those looking for peace and quiet at night but also close enough to walk to where all the nightlife is.
