The room had a good shower. The bed was too soft. There was too much gap around the door, especially at the bottom , which let in a lot of unwanted light all night. Clean and good temp control. Elevator really sucked. Slow and only one.

Good sized rooms, centrally located. Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast, with extra bonus of a pool, which we hadn’t expected. And all for a very reasonable price.

Lethbridge is a large, spread-out, rural city, with lots of choices for accommodation. The Sandman Signature delivers surprises for its guests thigh and stands out, once you step inside. Despite current renovations happening to upgrade the entrance, on arrival you will be happy to easily find the reception and friendly staff waiting, alongside the massive courtyard with its pools fringed by palms and gardens - all undercover! The room we stayed in is a generous size, tastefully furnished and comfortable with a king bed. We highly recommend the inhouse restaurant, the Italian Table. Here you will find great food, service and specialty Italian dishes (esp. luscious cannoli!), all in a well-decorated space that gives a nod to the Italian Masters and romance. The restaurant is accessible, and has a stair lift. Well done Sandman Signature!
