We stayed at the sandown as my daughter was at a dance comp at the racecourse from the minute we arrived the lady on reception (I didn’t catctch her name) was amazing and so attentive! The family room was perfect just what we wanted for our family! The breakfast was also great as we were able to take stuff with us! And on the Sunday they put breakfast on early for us! The other lady I think Christine was also fabulous and both were very lovely to my daughter who was competing! on a whole our stay was fabulous over a very busy weekend for us!!

The receptionist Sherry was amazingly helpful, she changed our room because I couldn’t manage the stairs, and also gave us breakfast even though we arrived late, thinking breakfast was served till 10. We could not praise her enough, she is a credit to your organisation. We did feel that 9.00 finish for breakfast was too early for a Sunday morning, but thanks to Sherry and her handling of the situation, we would return. Thank you

Friendly staff with 24hr assistance if needed. Bed was comfortable. Good restaurants and pubs just up the road.
