    The views over the beach. It's not a beach for walking on but there is a footpath above the beach so you can walk around.

    V. friendly & helpful host, room had everything in it I needed, good location & great location overlooking the sea. I had a very comfortable stay here and def would come back again/recommend.

    Arrived soaking wet Jim the owner got me to my room then took my wet travelling clothes to the boiler room and they dried out lovely overnight I was on the early ferry so had to be there for 6 am Jim put me up some sandwiches, biscuits and a drink to go with Room was nice and comfortable with an astounding view over the bay

    Excellent location just a few minutes from the ferry terminal. Staff were friendly and offered to make me a packed breakfast as I was leaving early in the morning to catch the first ferry - wonderful.

    poor quaility breakfast. dogs in kitchen while food was being prepared. no fire escape no fire escape instuctions not a freindlygreeting rather harsh
