    Very secure, once we were inside you get a completely different feel. Do not expect a hotel this is a B&B. Very clean, facilities good. We chose the room near the entrance which was the best of the 3. Lots of space and decorated in a modern way. Upstairs there is a roof terrace which is not advertised. This was perfect for a glass of wine or 2 in the evening. Breakfast was good. You get a voucher from the owner for a cafe in the centre. Great selection of pastries etc, coffee and juice. However he forgot to give us a voucher for our second morning. All on all loved this place.

    Great location - close to main attractions, relatively quiet street, modern room. Breakfast which is arranged in the nearest caffè is delicious.

    The room was nicely decorated, quite modern and comfortable. We were given tickets for breakfast in a nearby coffee shop- breakfast meaning a coffee and a croissant. The staff there was really kind. The place is near everything (10-20 minutes on foot away from major sights).Bonus- The app Moovit will definitely help you with public transportation.

    Very nicely located in the heart of Palermo, convenient to Massima Theater/Maqueda st./local grocery market. Freshly renovated, decorated with truly exquisite Italian sense of style. Fridge, Nespresso coffee machine & common areas readily available. Very well air conditioned. Functioning wi-fi.

    The place is newly renovated and in a good location. These are the only pluses. That being said, the price was not worth it. There's better accommodation for less in Palermo. I honestly regret booking this place. It was definitely not 'luxury.'

    La colazione, in un vicino bar di fronte al teatro Massimo è davvero ottima, il b&b è centrale e si raggiungono i punti d'interesse comodamente. Pulizia impeccabile, stanza bella e confortevole, libertà completa.
