    Hotel con encanto, tiene pocas habitaciones cosa q hace q el trato sea más personalizado. La habitacion muy acogedora con un sofa tocando al ventanal, perfecto para descansar con luz natural y leer relajadamente. No le falta de nada. El personal muy amable y servicial. La piscina muy bonita con hamacas dentro del agua. El desayuno del restaurante espectacular, no le falta de nada. Lo recomiendo para ir en pareja, es muy bonito y romántico.

    Sarai is a beautiful hotel and is very clean. Great location ! The staff were AMAZING! Huge thank you to Peter, David and William and to all the food and beverage staff who made our first trip to Cambodia a memorable one. I will definitely be back !!

    The staffs are really friendly and helpful, the building itself is stunning, sitting next to the pool at dawn with the music playing is one of my favourite moments, and some snacks delivered to the room at night is really sweet.

    Hospitality/staff was excellent - very engaging to ensure we had a good time. Breakfast had a boutique-ish feel (cooked to order with some buffet selection). Very good location, less than 4mins walk to pub street, night market and restaurants.

    I totally enjoy my stay at Sarai. The staff were all extremely kind and considerate. And the services were so attentive that I felt very much at home. I was travelling alone but I didn’t feel lonely at this property. Would definitely come back again! Thank you all for the beautiful holiday memories ;)

    I had chosen sarai hotel because it's a reminder of my home country Morocco. The rooms has this modern Moroccan touch bed was comfortable . Pool was nice and attractive with that typical Moroccan blue mosaic. I wanted to thank all the employees who tried to make my stay comfortable Yamko,William, Na ,David the smiling driver who picked me from the airport , lin and jasmine from the spa and the unforgettable Mr.Bourong the hotel manager who was efficient and highly professional towards me.

    the swimming pool is what attracted me. the SPA is fantastic. the design and lotus. comfortable massage the staff is nice and helpful. smile all the time. the cocktail by pool is great. happy hour.
