    Breakfast was fair, few choices but the price reflects that. Excellent staff. A bit difficult to get taxis. A lot of services around like laundry services and massage parlours. Not that far from the big shopping malls.

    It had a great location. It was very near where I needed to meet some old friends. There was a convenience store on site and/or across the hotel. I appreciated the fact there was a pool but wish it wasn't just indoor or that there was an outdoor version.

    Room was good and clean. Bed very comfy and the bathroom was so spacious, love it. Great view and very nice.

    Family room is good but the room temperature not good. Slightly warm for us. But the staff were friendly and nice.

    Location is great. Although geographically near Ayala center, it takes longer when there’s traffic. Not the hotel’s fault though. Room size is good. However amenities look and feel dated. TV looks ancient. Bed was okay. Pillows are old. Need replacement. Shower has good pressure and plenty of hot water from the wide shower head. Provision of water bottles an added bonus.

    I liked that the room was big and had a bath tub. They have a wellness spa which was great.. my massage with Nora was the best I’ve had in the Philippines! Would go back!
