    big spacious room with bath tub. Nice shower. all basic amenities are there and very value for money

    The maid for the room was excellent and did a good job. Reception seemed to think their only role was to remember your room number for you Location is good

    Location of this hotel is by far and away it's biggest benefit. Also benefitted from the fireworks displays and being close to the street food sellers who set up during these two days (24th and 25th May) The staff also held a party in the garage area. They sounded like they were having a cracking time - great to hear people just enjoying themselves and I wouldn't have begrudged the party being moved to the swimming pool area for the employees to enjoy themselves without being stuck under the building!

    location great, rooms clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Very quiet location ideal for both the beach and 2nd road. Nice size hotel, not too big and impersonal but big enough to have all the necessary facilities.

    Just over all great place....I live in Thailand and go to Pattaya a few times a year....so to find a newer hotel near the beach and centraly located was great
