    24 hour reception really helped out as our flight was delayed meaning we got in at 4am. Room a little small and tired but for the price there is not a lot to complain about.

    the location is super good, very easy to go to the nearest attractions. The staff is super friendly and professional. The standard room is very small, but okay for one night. If you want to stay longer it's better to book a bigger room with the window.

    The staff were so accommodating, I got parcels delivered before I arrived and during my stay and they always kept them safe. They were always happy to assist with anything, booking grabs (highly recommend using this service it’s like Uber) helped me when iPhone didn’t work and generally just a great attitude. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning. Thanks so much team!

    It was a perfect short stay as the room I stayed were similar as the picture shown. The staff was very friendly and the location was fabulous as the hotel located near to Petaling Street!

    Very nice and cozy room, modern bathroom, comfortable bed, helpful staff. They even upgradated our room when heard its our honeymoon what was super nice:)
