    Sebastian on the Beach is a great property. It really exceeded my expectations. Staff was very nice, restaurant was good, location is very nice and room was very comfortable and with a lot of amenities.

    Amazing location literally across the road from one of BVIs best beaches. Beach chairs and facilities available on beach with a restaurant that has delicious food at an affordable price!

    People were extremely friendly, the beach and views were beautiful, the rooms super comfortable and with a very special local feel. We even got free upgrades on arrival which made it all even more special

    The hotel is small and located right on the quiet beach. We were accommodated in the villas which are a short walk away from the hotel facilities. This was no problem at all. The hotel ferried our bags on arrival and departure

    Restaurant was pretty good, food was well cooked and breakfast was average good. The restaurant’s staff was way nicer and more welcoming than the front desk manager at the hotel, and they took care of me when the hotel front desk manager refused to help.

    It is right on the beach and the restaurant looks out over the water. Great beach for surfers.

    The food at Sebastian was very good and reasonable price; one of the best in our two weeks trip to the Virgin islands. The beach right in front of the hotel wasn't that interesting; however a 10min walk over the hill is Long beach which is a lovely mile long beach that we have to ourselves! Another 20min walk from Long beach is Smuggler's beach which we had wonderful lunch and drinks.
