    There was an issue with the AC in my room. I was able to work in the business lounge while they fixed it. When I went back to the room, the temperature was comfortable.

    Location is good very close to a relaxed and apparently secure area of decent restaurants and bars. All staff exceptionally helpful and pleasant.

    Location perfect, hotel great ,nice and clean room. Bed super comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. BHS is just around the corner. Ayala mall, SM mall , Market market just around the corner. This is a safe and nice area to stay . I would recommend it to people who visit Manila for the first time.

    The Hotel is in the good location and near the business area. The staff are full of passion and nice. There is provided various food from the buffet during the breakfast time.We could order the different flavored omelette from the menu for free. The room is spacious and comfortable.

    Very friendly and welcoming staff. The location is good, right next to BGC high street where you can shop and eat. Nice views of the city from the rooftop bar
