    The reception area smells really good. It reminds of some commercial scent and gives a relaxing feel. Breakfast was great! A lot of choices, and always re-filled. The staff was very helpful in any situation.

    I really love how all the staffs are very accommodating and nice. Plus the location is in the heart of the city so its very easy to go around.

    Great staff, very helpful and friendly. They were always pleasant and genuine. When I alerted them to some issues (bathroom exhaust fan not working, door lock battery failure), they were very prompt to repair it. The breakfast is very good and has a lot of variety. I used executive lounge but I believe it's the same options in the normal dining area. The location is right next to a mall, so very convenient. They have security at the doors, so you feel very safe there. There's a small drive where taxis are able to pull up for transport. The rooms were always very clean. My first night there was a stain on the bed sheet, but they replaced it. There were no bugs, and no bed bugs. The beds are comfortable, and the room was very quiet! If you need transport somewhere, they will arrange it for you -- be sure to ask for driver named Arthur Santos, he is outstanding.

    Staffs are very amazing and friendly. Everyone’s a professional from the security guard at the ground floor to the guest services people. I love their buffet breakfast as well as it offers lots of variations! Location was too good and really convenient. I would definitely stay and come back here.

    The hotel went over and above expectations. ALL the staff were amazing and very attentive. I was always greeted with a smile from the entrance until I left the next day. I was allowed to check in early as I arrived before noon. They even upgraded me to a club floor room with access to the club lounge, which serves yummy afternoon tea and cocktails and has an amazing view of the city. Breakfast at the lobby floor did not disappoint. I had the best Spanish sardines and hot chocolate! While there were many guests when I was there, it seemed the staff attend to the needs for each and everyone there and had eagle eyes when it comes to empty water glasses or coffee cups. Had interesting chats with the friendly staff at the reception as well as in the lounge. Such warm people! It was my first time in CDO but it sure felt like home. =) And as a bonus, it is adjacent to a mall. And taxi cabs abound so getting around is not a problem. =)
