    Customer service - staff were polite and accommodating Buffet breakfast - plenty of choice including Filipino and western options The spa! Comfortable bed and clean bathroom Good safe location which is close to Ayala mall and Trinoma - easy walking distance and lots of shopping/dining options I noticed people have commented on the shanty town closeby being an eyesore. This was only visible from our hotel room window and not on the ground. There are security guards stationed around the hotel and shopping mall so I felt safe walking alone.

    Parking is free. Chesca at the reception was very welcoming. I arrived early but I was accommodated immediately. Levy of Guest Service Center was very helpful and informative on the phone the day prior. B2 parking has access to Vertis North Mall which makes shopping and dining very accessible. The hotel is quite secluded and we felt very safe with the presence of security. The king bed is huge and quite - very good for couples. They don't skimp on the pillows and linen. Hot water was strong and the bathroom was sparkling. Breakfast has an extensive offering and was really delightful. I would love to come back!

    Very clean and comfy. I loved the breakfast becuse they have a variety of food choices. During dinner time you can just go and choose from the many restaurants on the mall just across the hotel. Staff are very polite (but not the ones at the egg station).

    Nice Location, i have stayed here many times because of this. Otherwise the quality of the product has reduced over every visit and now the prices are bot proportionate to the mediocre rooms. The star rating is also a joke.

    flexibility of check in time, thumbs up for the personnel who allowed us to go to our room which was a great relief for us who had a long travel from Laguna. the cleanliness of the room esp. the cleaning personell - Larissa, she was friendly and cleaned well the room. pool's personnel were quick in giving first aid to the boy who slide from the pool while we were there.

    Used to love this hotel but recent price increases and rigid policies made me question my reasons why? Actually got pushed out with a 5000 peso fine for vaping in my room... just warned about smoking not vaping... glad to know they look after their frequent customers... thanks Cris Santos for your understanding and customer relations... last time i will stay here... thanks for your customer retention

    breakfast was good, complete, staff were also very good and accommodating.. place was very clean..internet is not so fast sometimes only 1 to 1 mbps..

    1.Location were good- walking distance to Landmark, trinoma, SM North, Ayala Mall etc. 2. Huge front desk 3. Great parking lot
