    Room was kept really clean and neat. The bedding and pillows were super soft and comfortable!! Some reviews found it too soft but my family loved it!!! Bathrobes, slippers, toiletries were nicely provided. The intelligent functions of the toilet were amazing! Auto flush, bidget system is really good. Corridor is quiet and no disturbance throughout the 6 days stay. Really enjoyed coming back to the hotel every night.

    Verry near the shopping center at Myeong-dong, just walk a bit to shopping area. The train station gate at font of hotel, easey to access the train or bus. The Bus stop of Airport Limusine Bus at near by the front of hotel.

    Perfect location in Myeongdong Center (you can see Myeondong subway (10) in front of Hotel). From my room window, Seoul Tower could be seen (it is in attached picture, perfect view). Breakfast was also delicious.

    The location is great, the bed was comfortable. There are so many restaurant around the hotel.

    The location is great. Right at exit 10 of the Myeongdong train station. Great home base for shopping in the area. The family room was of a decent size. 3 beds with enough space for an an arm-chair and small coffee table. I had the view of the hospital opposite. The price charged was also reasonable. There was a huge area accessible from the lobby for cosmetics and other beauty products. Good if you don't have time to shop and need to grab a few gifts. A convenience store just outside the hotel.

    I did not have breakfast at the hotel. Plenty of places to wander around and to have breakfast nearby. The concierge staff was extremely helpful and arranged for a restaurant staff close by to come fetch us. He also recommended a seafood restaurant upon our request and helped us with a taxi to get there. While he did not speak English a lot or very well, his service attitude and care more than made up for it.
