  - Aqua park was excellent, it includes many slides and meets all guests satisfaction - front office staff were very helpful and professional - special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Mahgoub who really took very good car of us during our stay - excellent variety of tasty food in main restaurant - very smiley faces in Luna park - Luna park games are very well maintained and in an excellent condition - our kids loved the kids club

  From the first moment with the handsome Mr Michae in the check-in and then Mr Boules , till the last moment with also Michael and Mr Ibrahim during check-out you can feel the great hospitality ,, the room was very good and fulfilling the family needs , the aqua park is top notch especially with the excellent snacks bar , the food quality and variety was very satisfying , the luna park is also very delightful , unfortunately I didn't have time to go to their beach. i definitely recommend this place for families and even couples . It is a true fun city for children and young adults
