    No recomiendo este hotel, por el precio te encuentras mejores opciones. Muy mala mantención en general del hotel, se nota la deficiencia en cada rincon

    The location was great, great value for money. We really like how the hotel was set back from the beach, it was nice to get away from the crazy hussle and bussle. The hotel massages and buffet breaky match its price, and the staff were very nice. A super cute quaint hotel, that was clean and felt safe. The pool although small, was really lovely with the frangipanis hovering all around. The fragrance while having a dip and poolside cocktail was magic. Really affordable stay, and location excellent for Patong.

    Stayed here 2nd times. Friendly staff, delicious food and good location. Overall good and value for money. Highly recommended !!

    Shanaya resort staff were lovely and so accomodating. We sprung an extra guest on them the first night, and it was no problem for them to move us to a suite and bring in an extra bed at 11.30pm.

    Rooms are wide and the bed is comfortable, rather firm and fluffy blanket. Fairly quiet, unless you get rowdy neighbours. Staff is rather kind and fairly effective (though there is a little language barrier here and there). Position is great, fairly close to the beach and to the party area, yet in a more quiet area.

    Had the pool access room it was great! Room service was prompt and well priced. Stafff were amazing so helpful. Close to the beach, literally across the road.
