    La cama, la ducha , el baño, ambos son muy d ahora, la limpieza, solo un inciso. la ventana no daba a la calle y la luz natural brillo por su ausencia, realmente también nos protegió del ruido de ésta.

    Got a balcony room this time, I like being able to sit out and smoke, eat and occasionally drink. Bathroom is a good size with shower. Plenty of storage plus free use of umbrella, came in handy this trip Daily room service if required and free water

    This is my second stay at this property and was pleased this time that our room did not smell of cigarettes which as a non smoker made me very hesitant about booking again. We actually had the same room as before .

    Meeow (staff) was very helpfull. She bring me with car to buy busticket to go to Sang Rong. Also she write a letter in Thai to give to taxidriver where he must bring me to take bus. She call me a few days later to ask of everything is ok. THANK YOU VERY MUCH MEEOW !

    Nice staff lady, floors and bed clean, ceiling fans good, small table, shower ok. Hard to spot as it has no reception and few signs outside. Soi Lengkee busy with massages, bars and restaurants, but in the room little noise from outside; location great for nightlife. Fridge is noisy, and I had to ask the neighbor to lower his freakingly high tv volume because of the thin walls. For 600 b all in all an acceptable stay, Pattaya standards are very low and I have seen much worse.

    flexibility-kindness-cleaning-free two bottle of water a day-price When i arrive in the morning they give me first room number 1 (little room low light and small shower space) but in afternoon i can change to room number 2 ( very good room!)

    The room was perfect and the mattress just right. The shower and aircon was a blessing. Very clean and the communication was spot on.

    The room was a good size and the bathroom was larger than some of the bigger room I have stayed in. The location is great if you want to be near Soi Bakhow and Lk Metro. Daily room service includes free water.

    A very good place to stay · Owner was very friendly, everything was clean the staff were very polite, the rooms were very clean wifi good, location was the best really I enjoyed my stay would stay again smoking cigarettes ok

    Friendly ,helpful and honest staff, i left a lot of money in the safe and all was returned a week later.If yournot situated on the beach this is a great location for nightlife
