    I liked everything about the room. The speakers are the only thing that I would like to be changed, but otherwise, the experience was great. The breakfast is something that I was most impressed though, not gonna lie. It's a buffet with food from different countries. However, there is a lighter option on the 40th floor, in the Horizon Club Lounge. If you don't want anything heavy, just head on up there. The essence of Shangri-La was something that was unique to them. Once you smell it, you would know, you're inside their hotel.

    Shang Ri La, The Fort is everything that a 5 star hotel should be. From the lobby ambience to the hotel staff’s attitude, I was entirely impressed and awed. The room is thoughtfully decorated and has all the comforts you’d need.

    The steakhouse is great as well as the coffee shop a la carte menu. the bar at the steakhouse has very good bartenders.

    Staff courteous and prompt. Breakfast was a feast. My ceasars salad was made right in front of me, customized to my preference. Eggs over easy were spot on and yes, probably oneof the best croissants this side of Asia, and many to choose from. The elevators were super fast and almost no waiting time. Location is prime. Top restaurants and bars just a minute or 2 walk from the hotel. Definitely coming back soon and this time gettingba horizon club room. 😊

    We really love the entire room with the view of high street. comfy bed, pillows & blankets. clean surroundings. lots of nice restaurants. friendly staffs & offers a really good service.

    I don't remember the name of my room attendant but she was very nice and didn't judge me since I got sick after breakfast. She suggested to call the nurse. I want to thank the nurses and doctor that came to help me. I love the views from my room and the room is luxurious. I also want to thank the front desk staff that made sure I have a birthday cake in my room. All staff were wonderful.
