El Shangri-La's Mactan Resort & Spa tiene aparcamiento gratuito y se encuentra a 15 minutos en coche del aeropuerto internacional de Mactán-Cebú.

Las habitaciones están repartidas en 2 alas independientes. Son amplias y disponen de aire acondicionado, una exclusiva carta de almohadas, minibar, TV por cable/vía satélite y balcón privado con vistas al mar Mactán y a los jardines paisajistas. Las habitaciones del ala Océano cuentan con una entrada independiente y desde ellas se puede contemplar el amanecer.

El spa CHI ofrece un menú de terapias de belleza y masajes relajantes, que los huéspedes podrán disfrutar en las villas privadas del spa. El Shangri-La también dispone de un gimnasio bien equipado y pistas de tenis, ideales para un buen ejercicio.

    el desayuno esta bien, guarda relacion con el precio. el personal es muy amable y simpatico, casi lo unico bueno de este hotel.

    The staff were incredible - especially Christine from the Ocean Wing. They really looked after me and organized dinners, spa, activities without any issues. Dinner at the Italian was delicious, although service was a little slow. The spa were very accommodating and I really enjoyed my treatments. I'm also unsure of his name but the Manager of the beach bar was so lovely. He said he'd been there for 26 years! I had the best cocktail recommendations and he really went out of his way to put me at ease.

    The beach quality was superb. You could see corals and a lot of fishes only a few feet from the shore. Using water shoes is a must. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The food options were very good. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection.

    The most beautiful resort in Mactaan, but thats relative! But it counts for me! Vlose to the airport, that why i come back everytime from the province! My first time was in the late 80’s!

    The international/local buffet breakfast at the restaurant "Tides" was fantastic; nice and wide spread. Enjoyed the food at Italian restaurant "Aqua" which has one of the best Tiramisu I have ever tried, Tried the local buffet at Buko, best to go on a Friday or Saturday where they have a entertaining dance show as well. All the restaurants were manned by very courteous staff who made one feel welcomed. Matter of fact, the moment we set foot in the resort and spa till we left; we were greeted with smiles and pleasant staff. The grounds were large enough to have a walk or a run if one feels like it and the landscaping made it seem bigger. The beach was an exciting experience; marine fishes from 1 cm to just below 1 m could be seen swimming in shallow waters at knee deep. Their Spa was of a high standard as well, we tried a few different types of treatments and certainly worth the cost.

    We chose the ocean club rooms in ocean wing. The service level was excellent. We loved their free tea time from 4:30pm to 6pm in Acqua restaurant. Basically, we can enjoy the food and drink right after the water sport activities. Furthermore, we can enjoy some free water sport activities under Ocean Club and it was a surprise to us.

    The bed was VERY comfortable and the room was pleasant and clean ( now a little dates) but not 5 star..... The resort grounds are really lovely. Breakfast was superb...

    Great breakfast in Aqua, room was very spacious and very clean. Shuttle pick up from airport was quick and very convenient. We had a very early 5am check out and they kindly packed a take away breakfast for us in advance.

    One of the loveliest settings and locations for a resort property ever! It has its own private beach, and its very own marine sanctuary! Beaches are pristine white, soft sand. Plenty of fish and marine life nurtured by the property itself. The pools are wonderful, though sadly the Ocean pool was closed during our stay. I particularly loved the fact that Club guests have the option of 3 places to have breakfast, and 2 places to have the Cocktail hour. The downstairs Italian restaurant is our favourite. Incredibly well trained yet genuine staff who know what they do and do it with true warmth and hospitality. An excellent and under-estimated Shangri-La property in our opinion. We will certainly return!
