    We stayed in the hotel in July 2019 for one night. The hotel is at a very convenient location. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The front desk staff Miss Iris Yuan was very nice and helpful. Apart from helping us to complete the check-in and check-out formalities efficiently, she also answered our enquiries concerning places to go patiently and clearly. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The hotel was very generous. Free drink was provided at the lobby and desert was sent to our room at night time. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant and spa. Both of them are value for money. For sure, we will stay in the hotel again when we re-visit Shantou.

    Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. I booked 2 Queen Club Executive room and had access to Club lounge - hotel staff, Sophia from Russia was very helpful and attentive and patient. The recep gave me a complimentary upgrade to 2 x family club rooms which was really fantastic for my kids and my parents. The hotel staff made us feel at home. I would stay in this hotel again if i come back to shantou next time.

    no matter the location or the food i mean breakfast or the service is really better than my expectations. we had three wonderful nights. we love the welcome desert in the evening and esp the first night--- it was really delicious! thank you very much. definitely will recommend to other friends.

    Close to night markets so we really enjoyed this. Complimentary white fungus left in our room was a very nice touch. Our family travelled in a party of six to visit our ancestor’s villages around Shantou area. The staff spoke Chaozhou and this made things very easy for us.

    Everything was great! I didnt love the town,too many peoples and buildings are offul, But hotel was more then great! Restaurant on 23-th floor is amazing! Rooms are clean , comfort and spa center was great!

    Nice room, comfy bed and nice shower (excellent water pressure). Free dessert provided in the room on the first night was a nice touch. Very good breakfast at the revolving restaurant with an nice open view. Dinner at the Chinese Restaurant was enjoyable - nice environment and dishes were well presented and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful - Ailen Lin offered his service in a very pleasant and proactive manner.
