the location very near with metro entrance. there are local foot massage that was good only arround the hotel.

Rooms are very basic bathroom wasn’t clean It’s have mould in shower so we have to check our and stayed at st Regis

The room was very big and comfortable, everything was clean. The breakfast was AMAZING!

After our first visit to this hotel we were slightly uncertain how it will be this time, but they mage a great job. We were located in the suite, all the services were working fine. The AC in the room was not coolest one, but it was OK. We asked for a possibility of the late check out due to night flight and we were granted. Some rooms can access to the lounge at 35th floor which is worth every penny. They have a happy hour with snacks (local and international) and free drinks.

Good location. Great selection at breakfast. In some rooms you can access the lounge which is worth of its money (calm breakfasts, happy hour, fast internet). The concierge service was on world-class level. They could serve as translators to the front desk staff. Great help in fixing the transportation and general advices about the city. Mr Kevin Yang was the brightest star there.

They have a "' afternoon tea for two" which is the best I have ever seen. Consist of tea or coffee, a couple of gourmet snacks and some delicious confectionary desserts of very fine quality. I travel quite a bit and I have never seen such great presentation and flavors to delight everyone's taste buds.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank 3 of the staff for making my stay in the hotel and my trip to Cheng Du such a pleasant one. Donna Zhang, Joe and Bill Su left a great impression as my interactions with them were ones that were filled with warmth and made me feel welcomed in this foreign country. They were also very patient with the way they handled things, which included solving the many problems I had. One of the trio, Bill Su, even took the initiative to help me configure the problem I faced with the WeChat app and I am ever so grateful for that as it made my trip much more easier and convenient. This amiable young man was also very kind towards my mum, who was with me throughout this trip. Overall, I am exceptionally pleased and satisfied with the service provided here and I hope that the staff here can keep up with the tremendously well done job of providing the utmost comfort for the people staying in this hotel.

Very friendly staff in an almost empty hotel on the verge of Chinese New Year, great location in the city centre. The breakfast was fine and the room service was fast. The sauna was heated and wonderful, the pool was square, quite cold and not very good for swimming lanes. Was offered a late check-out free of charge
