    Staff so helpful, and smiley with smooth efficiency! Room was beautifully designed and tasteful without being overly designed! Nothing was to much trouble for the Reception staff especially !

    Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food for breakfast was good quality and decent spread. Very prompt service overall. The cold towels welcoming us each time we returned was a very nice touch.

    The extremely friendly and helpful staff and management from the moment I checked in to the moment I departed. This level of service extended to the spa as well. The room was spacious and location was central. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Siem Reap.
