    Where to begin…the facilities were very nice, we loved sleeping on the bunk beds and what was especially nice was most (not all but most) were right near a power socket and these power sockets have a USB port so if you have a smartphone and no adaptor there is no problem, just use your charging cord and plug it in! They also had a dimmer switch for the lights which was really nice! The location is also very nice as it is in the heart of Amman so there are plenty of shops and restaurants for you to go to with local and international cuisine options. Most importantly, Jaber and his family were very nice and hospitable to us, they showed us real Arab hospitality!

    We had an excellent experience with friendly helpful staff from the first phone call through to check-in, dining and check out. Our rooms were very clean modern and very accommodating and although beside the main road there was no noise at all. We had a very nice dining experience with good choices for both adults and children. Will defiantly be staying again. And they organize a cheap tour for all Jordan, Jaber the owner he was very helpful, and he gives you free tourist information, I recommend Shurooq Shams Hotel for everyone come to Jordan.

    This hotel is among the most accommodating and high-quality in the Middle East, in my experience. The staff was immensely friendly and helpful, all of the rooms were pristine, and I was able to get a great night’s sleep and a delicious breakfast. It’s very close to downtown and all of Amman’s main attractions. I would highly recommend it to anyone! The owner Jaber he's the best.

    Excellent hotel with an excellent location located in the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff and the owner Jaber Hamdan, he makes our trip more interesting with he's advice & tips about the city, supermarket, shops, restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again, Jaber Hamdan, for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!
