    Staff were accomodating and understanding. They did not hesitate to change me to a better maintaned room from the first one i was given.

    We arrived late in KL after a long flight, so we wanted an accomodation near Sentral. For this, the hotel was a good solution.

    The bathroom light and vent was not working but the management never changed the room for us. There front office staff is TOTALLT NOT FRIENDLY. NOSALUTSTION OR EVEN A SMILES. ONLY keep staying here because vidit my relative you lives nearby andvis bedridden OTHERWISE I wont stay here.

    10RM charge to me tourism’s tax, But Iam not tourist . I am working in malaysia for the last 9 years. I explain to them they did not under stand. Iam comes Under resident they don’t know about the proper rule implementation.

    The entire room was extremely dirty with dust and floor was full of dust every where. Very disappointed. Took 2 rooms and the other room aircond was not working and the heater was not functioning as well. The staff asked if urgently we need to shower and nothing was done bcoz all other rooms had the same situation. Very frustrating
