    They were very helpful, and very keen to fix any issues that we had. Extremely obliging. Rooms were nicely made up every morning. Beds were comfy and the shower was hot.

    The property was very close to the lake and town. Breakfast was traditional and very tasty. The staff where helpful and friendly.

    The hotel was perfect for our short 2 night stay. I must emphasise that the hotel staff are lovely and very helpful - especially the manager who was lovely to chat to and helped us organise an extra night stay last minute, our breakfast orders and a bus ride to our next location. The breakfast was simple but just what we needed. The room was lovely and clean, no faults at all.

    staffs are so nice and polite, location near Da Lat market, so you can walk to the market. it took 5-10 mins.

    You’re in the centre of Dalat so nothing is too far away. The owner/manager makes a great effort to help make a trip to Dalat run smoothly. Great tour recommendations - they recommended Paddy Tours and I can honestly say that was the best tour I’ve been on while travelling down the length of Vietnam. Without such a recommendation I’m not sure that we would have enjoyed Dalat as much.

    Great experience here. The hotel stays true to its name. You will have a fully nice and quiet sleep here. The hotel itself is new so everything looks brilliant. Very comfy and big bed. Little bit lacking of air inside the room since no A/C but thats not a big problem. Most important thing are the staffs here. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Sorry for not remembering everybody's name but they are truly a credit to the hotel ! Renting a motorbike here is also great with a reasonable price and very new vehicle.
