    Trato exquisito por parte del dueño y de la limpiadora, atentos y siempre con intención de ayudar. Las habitaciones están realmente bien y la ubicación cerca de la vía Toledo y del metro genial! Un buen sitio la verdad!

    Clean, modern, well located in the center. We were really well acomodated by Peppe. But be attentive that after 7pm you have to pay 15euro to check in, which we didn’t notice at the time of the reservation.

    I stayed there with my family. Everything was great - apartment new with all the necessary stuff. The owner Luigi was polite, friendly and helpful. He showed us a safe underground parking place and the apartment building. He suggested for us a nice restaurant 20 min drive from the apartment. Location was perfect - could walk everywhere around by the foots. Highly recommend this place.

    Luigi was wonderful. He communicated with me prior to our arrival to organize his presence and helped us get settled. He also speaks fluent English. He was in contact with us and available when we needed him and he even went out of his way to help me find something I lost in the room. It was an amazing experience and the place itself was well maintained and charming. I would recommend this place to anyone.

    Unlike a lot of hotels you find online, the reality was even better than the pictures. At the airport of Napoli, we contacted Luigi about our arrival time. He was very flexible and arrived at the guest house just minutes after we arrived. He gave us a short tour of the apartment and gave us very nice tips on what to eat and what to visit. The room itself is nicely furnished and is very clean, just as the pictures show. It is cleaned to perfection every day by the very friendly cleaning lady. Breakfast is in the cafe on the corner of the street, and is as you can expect from an Italian breakfast. When we would go back to Napoli, we would certainly go back to Silia house!

    Luigi was a great host who was always available to give advice about Napoli. The welcome was very warm and the room was really clean and nice. We had a very nice stay and if we come to napoli again we will go back here 100%
