    The room, the fire, the walk-in shower, the verandah, the view, the peace and quiet. All just perfect for what we needed - a base from which to see many family and friends in Cape Town but also to have a central point to come back to for peace each evening.

    The view was spectacular, the room ever so cosy, and the breakfast was delicious and pretty to boot. The close proximity to the Constantia Wine Route as well as Hout Bay makes it definitely worth another visit.

    when I got to room at 9 pm the electric blanket was on. Was very nice

    I liked the peace and quiet that came with the venue. The black out curtains were also another favorite. They also had lots of blankets, an electric blanket and heater which came in handy this cold Winter.

    We were quite surprised by the Nespresso coffee machine that was available for our use. That was quite something special that we thoroughly enjoyed.

    The staff was very friendly and quick to serve despite our late arrival. The room was already warmed up and when we slipped into the bed it was heated! Thank you

    Nice setting near Houtbay. Very comfortable interior. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent value for money!!! Will definitely go again!

    Beautiful decorated well appointed spacious rooms. Loved the attention to detail too - For example they left the electric blankets on for us given our later arrival, the night manager was on hand to light the fire, 3-4 different types of nespresso pods. Etc Very comfortable beds and extremely quiet room!

    We enjoyed/liked everything about the place. Situated beautifully in the heart of nature. It was true escapism and beauty at it's best. One of the best experiences we've had so far.
