    Staff , service , pool , the theater , aqua park , rooms , restaurant , food , everything are very good excluding they didn't have parking in. Hotel .

    The staff so bad they are laid and they are told me if you extra charge for change proom view I'm did Id 30 $ for that but the view was very bad I'm don't like to see them again

    Really enjoyed the stay. One of the best hotels in Hurghada , excellent service ,professional staff especially in the main , restaurant breakfast was excellent more than you would expect , tasty ,with a huge selection , Lunch & Dinner was very tasty with a lot of variety , I would like to thank everyone over there in this place , big thanks to Abanoub in Reservation for his helpfulness before our arrival to the hotel & Mr.Hamed in the hotel reception for speed check in , also Mohamed Saied in the restaurant , Executive Chef Mr.Yassin for his hospitality ,he did his best in a very professional way during the meals to make sure that the guests enjoying their meals ,Thank you all team for great stay
