    Free pick up form bus station guesthouse close to bus station 100 m close fresh market 100 m Everything during my stay was great! The rooms are very big and clean. Comfortable bed! The best was the very friendly and welcoming staff. Definitely recommendable ”

    It's necessary to say that in Phonsavan there are few hotel and the average quality is low. This small hotel is not into the main road (5 minute walk) but into a quite area close to morning market. Rooms are large, basic but clean with fan and worm water. The owner is very kind and available to solve any kind of request/problem.

    Very friendly atmosphere, there is nice shortcut to the city center, very close to the minibus station

    Staff are exceptionally friendly. They waited for me to arrive at 8:30pm after a flight cancelation and being put on a long treacherous bus ride. One of them helped me get dinner from a local food stall when i was exhausted. Towels are provided and there is free coffee/tea and hot water.

    The bed was a bit on the hard side and the WiFi was bad, but everything else was perfectly fine. The staff especially was nice, the owner sent messages wondering if he could help with anything at all and the staff on location were helpful, friendly and courteous. I felt very welcome and had a good stay. Would stay here again if I come to Phonsavan.

    the owners are nice, they tried to help me the best they can. free pick up from the bus station at 5 am and a free little trip to watch the Sunrise.
