    La atención del personal, excelente todos nos ayudaron, muy amables y atentos, todo limpio e impecable, esta en buena ubicación, cerca de todo lo importante, gracias a todo el personal, ustedes hicieron la diferencia en nuestra estancia,

    Booked through Booking.com 4 mths ago, paid 1 night of 2 up front on booking. Arrival greeted by disinterested staff member, given “ disabled room”. On questioning, told bluntly we are full. I stressed we were clearly not disabled, after much eye rolling on staff behalf, given “ standard room” as booked. Also told due to booking “ on line” our booking not regarded as proper booking. I had put in “ special request “ at booking “ mother / daughter, so please 2 beds or large double.” Told by eye roller staff that this is where I should have “ requested” non disabled!!! I booked standard...

    Very comfortable room. Free shuttle to airport and ferry terminal. Good complementary breakfast. Central location. Good on site bar and restaurant.

    Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Unfortunately we where there on a Saturday night and Ernie bar, outside our window was noisy until 2 am.

    Beds were good Location of room on the lowest floor was close to the entrance of the hotel and a throughway to the restaurant

    Location was within easy walking distance of downtown, harbor and most restaurants. It was clean and in good condition. and the staff was very helpful with special requests and transportation.
