    Un sitio histórico!!!!! muy lindo lugar, la habitación de tamaño estándar pero comida. El personal muy servicial.

    Beautiful and peaceful. We had a most informative tour and history of Skaholt. This was a unique stay, and we enjoyed comradeship with guests and staff. Thank you Skaholt!

    Quiet and cosy accomodation, in a wonderful lanscape. The spa was really appreciated. Discover that it was a famous location in Iceland that was destroyed during volcano eruption.

    Spacious house with everything you need during your stay, very clean and very convenient. Nice, quiet and historically interesting location. Hot tub is a perfect bonus during the stay.

    Very good restaurant and delicious breakfast. Comfortable beds. It is a good location if you want to visit Kerlingarfjoll next day.

    The breakfast was good. I called the property as i will be late and was given instructions how to get key to the room. I think he saw me on his when he left and turned back and told me that he got tea and hot water at the restaurant. No prepayment required and I only need to pay on departure.

    We stayed one night in this accommodation. We were welcomed by a very nice lady who allowed us to go to the room earlier than the check-in time( outside there was a horrible storm and we couldn’t do anything else). The location itself is lovely located, it offers the breakfast included on the room rate and by charge a lunch and a dinner service ( until 6 pm though). We spent the whole day at this location as I have said the weather was too bad outside, but we could relax and enjoy our time there. The menu for dinner is simple but they offer meat, fish and also vegetarian dishes. For this kind of location I was pretty impressed. Room was simple but clean and big. Well done
