    Stay in this hotel twice during my trip in Russia, good experience so I book it for the second time, good location, clean, nice reception, and a good pizza restaurant close.

    Very FRIENDLY STAFF, always disposed to help and with a big big smile...!!! That good disposition produced an improvement on our stay: as we weren`t happy with our room and there was no possibility of giving us another one, they offered us a free breakfast for our 5 days stay.

    They were very helpful from the beginning. The hotel people were nice and met me at 11pm in the first day. The room was very clean with comfortable beds and the hot water was always available in the room. The location is close to metro station (6min walk), it was very quiet too. I would definitely stay if I visit this city again.

    Location is the only great thing. Very close to metro and quite central in the city. Great supermarkets, few money exchanges, lots of cafes all around just a short walk away. Net on the window is a good idea. Big wardrobe with a lot of shelves. Staff are friendly and helpful (but the attitude of some could be more professional). There is an iron board in the hall (if you may call it a hall). Breakfast is brought to your room as there is no dining area. It is good enough but not fabulous like you can read in some overoptimistic reviews.

    Excellent location in the Moscow center - aside from Tvarskaya st. between Bulvarnoye (Blvd) and Sadovoye (Garden) Rings, thus in walking distance from lot of historical and architecture sights Vary close to the metro (7 min to Mayakovskaya and 12 min to Pushkinskaya) Quiet and clean Air condition, teapot and clean water in the room, bathrobes and slippers Occupies old historical building with nice restaurant in the yard under the trees Very hospitable and polite stuff servicing 24/7

    It was really comfortable and warm, they put a free bottled water at the room every day. The location was perfect, near the underground and at a 20 minutes distance walking from the red square. The staff were kind all the time and, even when their english is a bit basic, they did their best to understand us and help us with our doubts. The bed at the room was really comfy too, I have sleeping issues usually but I slept really well there.
