    We used the club floor and it was great. Good breakfast and cocktails at night. Would stay again.

    Everything was perfect. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was hassle free. A special thanks to Michel & Anabella who made our stay very worthwhile. We also enjoyed complimentary lounge access which was perfect and the service was always timely. Such great value for money, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. If we’re ever back in Malaysia, we will definitely be staying at the Sofitel again.

    I had a very great time with Sofitel. Staff were very welcoming and made my anniversary a very memorable experience. My partner was very happy so this made me happy too. Breakfast was very delicious and with wide variety. Would definitely come again.

    Everything was very nice, as we were expecting from this hotel, except for the room cleaning. When we arrived , we found the one shoes on the floor and the floor was quite dirty. The staff is very nice and the location it is very close to a metro station.

    I have been traveling all around the world and I have to say that it's been a long time that I haven't be that impressed by the quality of service. The restaurant team were remarkable, especially a gentleman called Ridzuan who was very professional and giving a lot of attention to details - he was even remembering our name which made us feel very special. Not forgetting the Bar team who gave us a fantastic service, as example on our last day we woke up late and the restaurant breakfast was over so the bar team arranged the room service to serve us the breakfast at the bar, amazing. Also thank you to Jonathan who took the time to give us some nice recommendation for dinner and drink in KL. We 100% recommend this hotel and we can't wait to be back. Thanks to the team for making our stay wonderful. Mehdi and Mathilde

    Spacious and lovely room. Eateries and supermarket just next door in a shopping mall. Easy and inexpensive to travel to city area via grab taxi. Five-star hotel at good value. Really enjoyed my stay.

    Our stay here was amazing. Got it for my husband's 30th, staycation. They decorated our room and left a birthday cake with a little note to wish him happy birthday. It was so thoughtful and lovely. I asked for the decorations but the cake and note was above and beyond hospitality. I would stay here again and would like to try the other locations around the globe if I had a chance.
