    The bed was comfy and the staff went over and above to help us celebrate our anniversary. The view over the courtyard was lovey. The central location was very helpful.

    The bed is very comfortable. Nice and comfortable sofa. Good tea and coffee selection. Excellent breakfast. Warm classic atmosphere. The duty manager was extremely helpful and eager to please.

    Always a good stay at the Sofitel, excellent Club facilities, good rooms, comfortable pillows. Areas to meet business colleagues are good, service is usually very good.

    Lovely traditional luxury . Very comfy , I was given an upgrade & complimentary breakfast on arrival from Stephen, who was so friendly ,considerate & really knew his job.Mishell left my room totally perfect! The staff were all friendly & very good at what they do, nothing was too much trouble.

    The staff were excellent!! Very professional and Vanessa on the front desk was extremely professional. The room was clean and comfortable, the only problem was that the tv didn’t work that well. Breakfast was tasty and lots to choose from I would suggest maybe having plates and cutlery in more places for the guests to use, there were a lot of us wondering around trying to find plates for the bread etc, but other than that it was great.

    I was selected as Guest of the Day, so I received a complimentary room upgrade and breakfast. It was a really nice thing to do. The bed is ridiculously comfortable and the room is a good size. The staff were exceptional, too. Vanessa at the front desk was lovely.
