    In total we are very happy with the hotel. The rooms are clean but partially Need to be started for re+painting. The staff was perfect and very helpful and supporting - many thanks! From the Location itself the most things can be discovered by walking. Very nice was the pool after the day - we enjoyed. There are few Restaurants arround. If you want to see more - also possible by walking or short ride by taxi. from the hotel we reached the location by pre-bocked taxi on booking.com. Everything runs well - 8km/30 min. The breakfast was taken in another restaurant- direct in the building. Everything was available for us - but we would like to expect little bit more (if I see the hotel rate). All together - as Family Traveller we would come back defently. As Family of 4 people we took the 2-bed room apartment. This selection we would take again. Please be always aware that the impressions are from our perspective.

    The staffs was helpful and friendly, the room was big and comfort, I like the kitchen so much cos I can go to the market buy the food to cook! In the kitchen the have the equipment. Maybe the hotel can improve in the toilet. If 4 ppls stay in the 2 room valley but only 1 toilet. The end thank you for Somerset Chancellor Court! I have a good stay at HCM.

    The apartment was huge, with all the utensils we needed. Big pool, gym open 24h and nice children play room. The supermarket in the same building was very convenient. Breakfast is served in a café in the same building, and all dishes we tried (pancakes, eggs, noodles...) were extremelly well cooked. Staff was very helpful, since I made a mistake on the dates when booking and they quickly solved all the problem.

    The location is perfect, close to Central Post Office where you can get the postcards posted and buy souvenir with Vietnamese features. The Cathedral is just opposite to the Post but closed now for renovation. If you're a faster walker, it only takes 5 to 7 minutes to walk there from Somerset. The room I have is very spacious which actually beyond my expectation. All the staff members I meet are very friendly and approachable. Special praise to the receptionists as they are really helpful. They helped me to get the room I wanted -- higher floor, non-smoking, quiet and pool facing. For those who have special requests about the room, remember to contact them early and they will try to meet your needs as possible as they can. I enjoyed my stay with them. Thanks so much for all the staff.

    I always love the location there, used to love the friendliness of the staff and how helpful they are when I need some help. I also used to love breakfast time there.
